6.1 bet.100 may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients:

• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government bodies, where required by law or court order;
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party service providers engaged to verify your identity and screen against sanctions and watchlists;
• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and Philippine banking partners, strictly for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals;
• IT and platform service providers: Cloud hosting, data storage, and cybersecurity providers engaged to operate and maintain the bet.100 Platform;
• Fraud prevention and AML screening providers: Third-party compliance tools used to detect and prevent money laundering, fraud, and other prohibited activity;

6.2 All third-party service providers engaged by bet.100 are required to process personal data only on our instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law. bet.100 does not authorise any third party to use your data for their own independent purposes.

6.3 In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of bet.100's business, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy.

7.1 bet.100 retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

9.3 bet.100 may need to verify your identity before processing a data subject request. We reserve the right to decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or that would require us to breach our legal obligations.

10.1 bet.100 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include:

You are responsible for keeping your bet.100 login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

11.1 bet.100 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

11.2 If you believe that a minor has registered on the bet.100 Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 13 so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
